"Plan to Go" Deposit
As professional travel consultants, we will be happy to provide initial information. After that, we will request a non-refundable "Plan to Go" deposit before preparing customized itineraries and checking availability for you.
If you book a trip that has a commission included for our services, this deposit will be applied to the cost of your trip.
If you choose to book a trip without a commission this deposit becomes part of a negotiated service fee.
Please know that we consider you as our client, and give you the benefit of our years of learning, experience, travel, contacts, and expertise. We want to know that our investment in you isn't a waste of time and that you aren't just looking for "free travel advice". Thus, by paying your deposit it allows us to feel comfortable that our working relationship is a sincere partnership.
